"Orwell 2+2=5" (2025)
And Marcia Treidler's Capoeira Celebration

Director Raoul Peck of Haiti has made a chilling new film. Narrated by Damian Lewis as the voice of Orwell, the film constructs a "cinematic essay" by weaving together the author's own letters and journals with archival footage, newsreels, and clips from modern events like the January 6th Capitol attack and the Russo-Ukrainian war
Peck uses this collage to draw direct parallels between the dystopian concepts of Nineteen Eighty-Four and contemporary political realities. It has been described as a warning about the state of modern democracy: https://www.pbs.org/newshour/show/documentary-argues-george-orwells-greatest-fears-are-materializing
